A teenage girl resident of Kalyanpur village of Kishani town of Mainpuri committed suicide on Thursday morning an hour before her exam. The body of the girl was found hanging from a noose. The family took her down from the noose and took her to CHC. There the doctors declared her dead. After this, the family came home with the body. The police reached the spot and gathered information. The family said that they would not get the post-mortem done.
Diksha (17), daughter of Kripashankar Yadav, a resident of Kalyanpur village in the police station area, was a final year BSc student. On Thursday morning, the student had to go to Maa Saraswati Gyan Mandir Mahavidyalaya in Kusmara town to take her biology exam. When the student’s mother reached the room at around 9 am, she screamed when she saw Diksha’s body hanging from a sari noose. Hearing her screams, other family members and people from the vicinity gathered. The family immediately took Diksha down from the noose and took her to the CHC. There, the doctors declared her dead after examination.
After getting the information, the police arrived to investigate. The family said that Diksha was very intelligent in studies. She was preparing for many other exams along with BSc. What happened that she committed suicide? The family has no answer about this. The family refused to get the body post-mortem done. After which the police station returned after doing the Panchnama proceedings.
